 The Société de conservation du corridor naturel de la rivière au Saumon has as its mission the protection and conservation in perpetuity of the environmental heritage of natural areas of great ecological value in the rivière au Saumon watershed. The 290 territory is part of the Appalachian mountain range, and constitutes a natural extension of the Mount Orford Provincial Park in the Eastern Townships of Quebec.
